Man Dies After Hitting A Tree On I-75 Ramp In Sarasota County
Sarasota County - Florida Highway Patrol has announced that one person has died after their pickup truck lost control on I-75 on ramp.
According to the report by FHP, the fatal crash began as a Ford pickup truck driven by a man 33-year-old from Pensacola was traveling eastbound on State Road-681 to enter northbound Interstate-75 in Sarasota County.
The On-Ramp curves to the left and the driver of the Ford Truck failed to maintain control of the vehicle.
The Ford Truck exited the roadway and entered the south grassy shoulder. The front of the Ford Truck struck a tree and came to a final rest.
Sarasota County EMS pronounced the 33-year-old man from Pensacola deceased on the scene.
The Florida Highway Patrol Traffic Homicide Unit continues to investigate this crash.
