PORT CHARLOTTE FL- Florida Highway Patrol has announced that a man has died while involved in a fatal car accident at Port Charlotte early Tuesday morning.
The crash happened as 69 year old William Slater of Port Charlotte was driving a 2016 Nissan Versa eastbound from Hollis Avenue while facing the stop sign at the intersection with EL Jobean Road.
