Justice Pays Scholarship Winners
Congratulations to Connor Facey
Our 2025/2026 Winner!
Connor Facey, a graduate of Lakeland Senior High School and now a freshman at Florida Southern College, was selected as this year’s Justice Pays Scholarship recipient.
Connor’s essay described how a sports injury during high school first introduced him to physical therapy. What began as a frustrating setback while playing baseball became a moment of curiosity and learning when a physical therapist explained how strengthening and recovery could help his arm heal.
That experience, along with watching his grandfather regain mobility and independence through rehabilitation after hip surgery, inspired Connor to pursue a career in physical therapy so he can help others recover and return to the activities they love.

Congratulations to William Pfeiffer III

The prospect of making a meaningful difference through oral health care and establishing enduring relationships with patients drives my dedication to this profession.
